During the COVID-19 quarantine, various live streaming were created. Among them were live programs created by fans to celebrate and play tracks by their idols, but for this Dave Grohl , his simple live stream was a dream come true.
Pat Finnerty, from Pennsylvania, in the United States, is challenging himself during the pandemic to play all the parts of a single song. But last Saturday, the 15th, his challenge came to involve none other than his greatest idol, Dave.
Finnerty, alongside a cardboard cutout of the artist, aimed to feature the Foo Fighters in a version of Dire Straits during the project dubbed Grohlathon .
Nine hours after the event began, Grohl joined the live stream while having dinner with friends, and later joined in on the cover on his drums. What a moment!
Pat, who dreams of hosting a talk show, stated in an interview that Dave was as nice as he expected, and that he has spent his entire life being inspired by the artist since his Nirvana .
