Dave Grohl , lead singer of the Foo Fighters , revealed during an interview with BBC Radio 2 Beatles ' song "In My Life" is played at Kurt Cobain in 1994.
“That day, after everyone had said something, that song played,” he recalls, “And everyone could celebrate Kurt’s love for the Beatles one last time (…) To this day, when I listen to [“In My Life”], it touches a place in me that no other song will ever touch.”
Grohl performed alongside the Foo Fighters at Rock in Rio last weekend. There, he said he was moved by Weezer at the festival.
