Dave Grohl revealed during an interview with Classic Rock that he still dreams about being in Nirvana . "I still dream that we're with Nirvana and that we're still a band. I still dream that there's an empty arena waiting for us to play," he confessed.

The musician also says he would never play Nirvana songs: “I wouldn’t feel comfortable singing a song that Kurt [ Cobain ] sang. I feel perfectly at home when I’m on drums. And I love playing those songs with Krist [ Novoselic ] and Pat [ Smear ] and another vocalist.”

He also says that he doesn't usually play Nirvana's music, even at home, "It's just a reminder that the person responsible for these beautiful songs is no longer with us.".

It's worth remembering that Dave Grohl is preparing to release the Foo Fighters ' Medicine At Midnight on February 5th.
