Dave Grohl performed an acoustic version of "My Hero," the Foo Fighters hit . The performance was part of the iHeart Living Room Concert for America , an event promoted by the Fox channel to honor healthcare professionals fighting COVID-19.
"I'd like to dedicate this performance to everyone out there on the front lines doing their best to get us through all of this," Grohl said before beginning to sing.
The festival featured a performance by Elton John , as well as performances by Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day , and various pop such as Alicia Keys and the Backstreet Boys , all from their respective homes.
