Dave Grohl has broken his silence regarding the lawsuit filed by Spencer Elden , the baby featured on the famous cover of Nirvana , Nevermind . Elden alleges "sexual exploitation" in the image and recently requested that the picture of his genitalia be removed from the 30th-anniversary edition of the album.

In a recent interview , the former Nirvana drummer said he has "many ideas" about how the cover could be changed, but he wasn't certain about the procedure. "I have many ideas about how we should change this cover, but we'll see what happens. We'll let you know. I'm sure we'll come up with something good," he stated.

Regarding the lawsuit filed by Spencer, Grohl admitted he wasn't too worried. "I think there's a lot more to be excited about and a lot more to life than getting bogged down in this kind of thing. And thankfully, I don't have to deal with the paperwork," he commented.

Spencer Elden's lawyer, Maggie Mabie , reportedly said the lawsuit was a means of "ending this child exploitation and violation of privacy" and alleged that Kurt Cobain had chosen to portray Spencer's image "as a male prostitute, placing a dollar bill dangling from a hook in front of his naked body, with his penis explicitly exposed."
