Dave Grohl and his wife, Jordyn Blum , were photographed in public for the first time since the musician confessed to having a daughter out of wedlock.
According to TMZ , the couple was seen driving in a car in Los Angeles on Super Bowl Sunday, February 11th. In images published by the Backgrid agency, Blum is driving, while Grohl, wearing a baseball cap, is in the passenger seat.
Furthermore, TMZ emphasizes that there is dialogue between them, however, without any possibility of relaxation during the photo shoot.
"The two clearly appear to be engaged in an intense conversation, but there are no smiles or playful banter in these photos."
Dave and Jordyn have been married since 2003 and are parents to three daughters: Violet , 18; Harper , 15; and Ophelia , 10.
Grohl's extramarital affair
In September 2024, the couple's long-standing relationship was shaken after the Foo Fighters announced the birth of a daughter conceived out of wedlock.
Through a statement released on social media , the musician admitted to the betrayal and promised to regain the trust of Blum and their daughters.
“I recently became a father to a new daughter, born out of wedlock. I intend to be a loving and supportive father to her. I love my wife and daughters and am doing everything I can to regain their trust. We are grateful for all your consideration for the children involved as we move forward together.”
Since then, sources close to Dave Grohl and his wife, Jordyn, claim that the musician has been making an effort to reconnect with his daughters.
During Nirvana's reunion in January of this year, Grohl's eldest daughter, Violet, attended the FireAid Festival in Los Angeles, along with her father.
