Darkwoods My Bethrothed, a project by Tuomas Holopainen, returns with a new album.

After a 23-year hiatus, Darkwoods My Betrothed returned with a new studio album, their fourth. Angel of Carnage Unleashed arrives this Friday, the 12th, via Napalm Death.

The album, which features heavy black metal, marks the return of the original 1993 lineup with Tuomas Holopainen as a permanent member of the band, in addition to his Nightwish , Kai Hahto , on drums.
