The TMZ obtained a video of the moment Danny Carey , drummer for Tool , was detained on Sunday night, the 12th, at Kansas City airport.
Carey was arrested for alleged assault , and the website reports that the drummer was involved in a fight with another man. Throughout the amateur video, Carey can be seen arguing with the police officers and asking to be filmed, as well as repeatedly asking, "Who did I assault?" At the end of the footage, Danny Carey is detained by the two officers and placed in handcuffs.
The musician was arrested for disorderly conduct and released on bail. The court is still processing the penalties to be applied, but Carey risks being fined $13,900. Check out the images of Danny Carey's arrest.
