Joko “Jokowi” Widodo was surprised with a Master of Puppets autographed by Lars Ulrich.
Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen, upon discovering that Indonesian President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo is an ardent Heavy Metal fan, decided to surprise him during his visit to Denmark by gifting him the newly released box set of Master Of Puppets .
Below is the video of the moment the gift was presented, which took place today at the Bogor Palace, and the tweet from the Prime Minister saying, “ The President of Indonesia @jokowi seemed eager to dive into this diplomatic gift offered by Denmark: A box set of #MasterOfPuppets autographed by drummer @larsulrich @metallica .
In response, the President of Indonesia said, "Prime Minister Rasmussen understands my favorite type of music .
