After finishing her first US tour, Crypta returned to Brazil for the first day of the Summer Breeze Festival this Saturday, the 22nd.
Now with Jéssica Falchi as a permanent member, the death metal band delivered another exemplary performance for fans in São Paulo and showed that they deserved a bigger stage in the festival lineup.
With such a well-established fanbase and all the well-deserved international recognition Crypta has received, it's hard to understand the criteria for putting such a powerful show on a smaller stage without screens.
Returning to the show, Crypta continued with the current setlist of her career, performing her debut album in its entirety and the single "I Resign".
In an interview with Wikimetal backstage at the show, Fernanda Lira explained that the band does not yet have authorization from the record label to perform songs from the new album live. The successor to Echoes of The Soul has already been recorded, and the audience will not have to wait much longer for the next single, which already has a set release date.
