The death metal band Crypta released this Thursday, the 3rd, the video for their new single “I Resign”. The track is a b-side from the sessions done for the band's debut album, Echoes Of The Soul (2021).

The album will be re-released on April 1st by Napalm Records with 7 extra minutes containing the single in question and a live version of "Shadow Within".

Regarding “I Resign,” guitarist Tainá Bergamaschi said in a statement (via The PRP ): “'I Resign' is a song that has elements of most of our main influences, along with characteristics of both our already released album, Echoes Of The Soul , and the new material we are writing. We tried to mix epic melodies followed by aggressive riffs throughout the track which, along with the lyrics, tell a story of despair.”

Vocalist Fernanda Lira commented: “We thought releasing an unreleased track now would be a great way to give our fans something cool while they wait for our tour to begin! The lyrics, which are more relevant than ever, are also something to think about while you listen to this song that is so special to us.”
