A couple got married in a mosh pit at a Cannibal Corpse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, last Tuesday, April 22nd.
Erica and Christopher exchanged vows in the middle of a mosh pit during a performance of the song "Unleashing the Bloodthirsty".
The newlywed shared a series of photos from the evening on her Facebook page, along with the marriage certificate which lists the Stage AE concert venue as the official location of the wedding.
Erica also expressed her gratitude by writing: “Well, we did it! Last night, during the [Cannibal Corpse] show in Pittsburgh, we said 'yes' in the mosh pit! A huge thank you to everyone who, consciously or unconsciously, helped make this possible! There is no community more united than the metal community!! The amount of support and affection was incredible! This couldn't have been more perfect.”
Bassist Alex Webster also signed the certificate as a witness, as reported by Erica: "Thanks to Webster and all the other metalheads I met for signing our marriage certificate."
