Chris Fehn filed a lawsuit against his bandmates, and Corey claims he was wrongly accused
Corey Taylor says he was wrongly accused of stealing money from his Slipknot bandmate , Chris Fehn .
The vocalist commented on the lawsuit that the percussionist filed against his former bandmates. He accuses them of not having been properly compensated for the years spent touring with the group.
A fan suggested on Twitter that Slipknot bring back vocalist Anders Colsefni to replace Fehn. Corey replied, "I would LOVE that." Another fan reacted to the comment, saying the move would be "kind of lame." Corey then tweeted, "You think that's lame? Try being wrongly accused of stealing money from someone you care about. And having a bunch of fans believe it."
Slipknot has announced the departure of percussionist Chris Fehn. In the statement, the group said they are "focused on making album number 6" and that Chris is officially out of the band.
"We are disappointed that he chose to point fingers instead of doing what was necessary to continue with Slipknot."
“We would like to say that we would have preferred not to go down the path he wanted. But, evolving in all matters is fundamental in life. Long live the 'Knot'.” Slipknot did not comment on the lawsuit and revealed that “Chris knows the reason for his departure.”.
