The first solo album from Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor is getting closer every day, and the preview of the music video for his first single has only made that more evident.

"Hey guys, this is Corey Taylor, we're behind the scenes of the filming of the (song title censored) video. I've got the championship belt here, if anyone wants to take it from me, come and face me," says the vocalist in the short video.

The caption of the preview, the belt, and the lights in the background of the video hint at the initials of the song title: "CMFT". And regarding the sound of the single, Corey has already said that the album was influenced by names like Alice in Chains and Johnny Cash .

Taylor's first solo album is scheduled for release in September, featuring songs composed during the singer's high school years . But Corey's plans for his solo career don't end there, after stating in an interview that he's already thinking about his next albums .
