Corey Taylor is working with special effects expert Tom Savini Slipknot . Savini has worked on films such as Friday the 13th, Dawn of the Dead , and The Haunting of Hill House .
Let There Be Talk podcast , Taylor said: “He’s the big boss to me. I hung out with him, we talked. I met him through a friend who works with him. And the three of us are developing the mask together. So I’m very proud of that.”
The singer previously worked with Japanese special effects expert Screaming Mad George . He did the mask during the time of Iowa and Vol. 3 .
A photo of Taylor and Savini was shared on Instagram in September, but there are still no photos of the mask.
