Corey Taylor is a big supporter of masks. Whether for Slipknot , or to protect himself against COVID-19. And on the Williams Street Swap Shop , he unveiled a new model of the accessory.
Adult Swim special is designed to allow viewers to trade items with each other and participate in competitions. In the recent episode, masks were the main focus, and the show encouraged viewers to show off their masks.
With a theme like that, it's impossible for Taylor not to appear as a special guest. And he took the opportunity to, in addition to unveiling a new mask model, reinforce the importance of its use during the pandemic . The vocalist explained that he wears masks for hours on stage while sweating and singing, meaning that people shouldn't have any problem using them during certain times of the day either.
Regarding his new mask, which he wore over his " We Are Not Your Kind" , Corey explained its origin, "I found this in a store in Lima, Peru. And it was actually at what they call the highest point in South America," Taylor said while holding the new item. "I saw it and thought, 'This is really, really cool.'"
