Corey Taylor has cancelled his solo performance, which was scheduled for Wednesday, the 12th, at the Czech festival Rock For People.
The announcement came via the musician's social media, where he says: "To my friends and family in the Czech Republic, I am very sorry to say that I woke up very ill today, and as a result, I will not be able to perform at the Rock For People festival."
"The health and safety of my band and crew is always our top priority on the road, and I don't want to cause any further problems in the future by trying to play today."
"I'm truly sorry to everyone who was excited about this performance at Rock For People, and I promise I'll come back and make it up to them."
New album
Recently, Taylor released his solo work, titled CMF2B… Or Not 2B (2024), which features cover songs from big names like Judas Priest, Led Zeppelin and Ozzy Osbourne .
In addition to these, there are also the b-side recordings from their previous release, CMF2 , from 2023.
