Corey Taylor believes it's "high time" for rock music to be recognized at the Super Bowl

Corey Taylor , vocalist for Slipknot and Stone Sour , believes it's "high time" rock music was recognized at the Super Bowl, the NFL championship game.

The singer took to social media to talk about David Draiman , the vocalist of Disturbed , desire to sing the United States national anthem at the next edition of the event. "Let's make our voices heard and support our brother David Draiman in his wish."

Draiman said in an interview with Loudwire that singing the national anthem at the Super Bowl is a huge dream of his. "I've dreamed about it my whole life!"
