Wagner Rodrigues , producer of Casa Sonora , released a compilation of previously unreleased antifascist songs entitled Território Antifa . The project also featured curation by musician King Jim , who became known for his work with Garotos da Rua in the 80s.

The album features 16 songs from 8 bands ( Punkzilla!, Herculoid's, Lo Que Te Voy A Decir, Pupilas Dilatadas, Youngs Die Young, Ciro & Os Libaneses, Cine Baltimore and Território Antifa ) plus a “Manifesto” (King Jim). The work was released on November 2nd and is available on Bandcamp.

The musical production of Território Antifa began in August 2020 and extended until October 2021, taking place amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Most of the tracks on the compilation were recorded independently at Casa Sonora in Porto Alegre.

Território Antifa unites rock, metal, punk, hardcore, and grunge, and includes groups and artists from different generations. Some of the bands have been active since the 80s and 90s, others have emerged in recent years and are releasing their first singles, and the band that gives the compilation its name was formed during the production process.

According to Wagner, “the idea was to use the resources and knowledge available to produce a protest album against the far-right. Fascism is a tool of capitalism that emerges in times of crisis to expand the exploitation of workers and maximize the profits of certain economic groups.”
