The manufacturer Caroline Guitar Company has launched a special line of guitar pedals called FCK PTN — an abbreviation for "Fuck Putin." The goal is to raise funds to help the people of Ukraine who are suffering from an invasion led by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to GuitarWorld , the pedal, of which 50 units were available, sold out in just ten minutes, raising US$9,500 (approximately R$48,000). All profits will go to the Red Cross and World Central Kitchen , organizations that are helping the Ukrainian population.

The pedal from this manufacturer is a version of the Hawaiian Pizza pedal, a Fuzz pedal made by the company, with a new finish and featuring the colors of the Ukrainian flag on the material. The item also has an internal pickup simulator that allows it to be placed anywhere within the signal range.

In a statement posted on their social media, Caroline Guitar Company wrote: “To the people of Ukraine – our hearts are with you. Our energy will be focused on demanding more help from our representatives. And the money we raise will help your families as they seek refuge. It was a privilege to be able to manufacture these Hawaiian Pizza pedals to help.”
