Metallica announced last Tuesday, the 22nd, that they will be re-releasing their self-titled album, popularly known as the Black Album , to celebrate the work's 30th anniversary.

To celebrate the announcement, the group released a version of "Nothing Else Matters" featuring Miley Cyrus, Elton John, WATT, Yo-Yo Ma, and Chad Smith . Now, a reinterpretation of "Enter Sandman" with Colombian musician Juanes has been released. Listen below.

Juanes has maintained a close relationship with the band, proving himself a big Metallica fan. In 2019, he finished one of his shows with a cover of "Seek and Destroy," and Lars Ulrich even presented him with the Person of the Year award at the Latin Recording Academy.

The Metallica Blacklist will feature 53 artists, while the original album will receive a remaster. Furthermore, the revenue from each sale, download, or stream will be split equally between the charities of the artist's choice and All Within My Hands Foundation .

The remastered version of Black Album will be available in digital and physical formats, including vinyl, CD, double LP, and DVD, all accompanied by a 120-page book featuring previously unreleased photos and stories from the album.
