The presentation took place last Friday, the 11th, in Nashville.

Close Enemies , the new band of Tom Hamilton , iconic Aerosmith , took to the stage for the first time last Friday, October 11th, at the Eastside Bowl in Nashville.

Hamilton's new group features Trace Foster (former Aerosmith roadie) and Peter Stroud ( Sheryl Crow , Don Henley ) on guitars, Tony Brock on drums ( The Babys , Rod Stewart ), and Chasen Hampton on vocals.

On September 27, he used his X , formerly Twitter, to share a photo of a rehearsal with his new band and included the following message ( via Blabbermouth ):

Hey, I have something to say about a band I'm playing with called Close Enemies. We have a bunch of great songs recorded. We're going to release one soon. In the meantime, we're playing a show in Nashville on October 11th at a place called Eastside Bowl. Please come!!”

In an interview with AARP , the bassist praised the new band ( via Blabbermouth ):

“When I joined, these guys had already worked on a lot of great music, and I was able to contribute musically with something I had. I hope that, when the time comes, we can work on some other songs that I've had up my sleeve for a while. All these guys are great musicians, and it's an honor and a challenge to be a part of it all. I'm looking forward to seeing people enjoying the band. I think they'll be pleasantly surprised.”
