The band Claustrofobia released the second part of the making-of video for "Riff Cult". The new video shows the recording and editing process, along with statements from the musicians.

The group also showcases the recording, which was done in the garage of the Swamp Loco Agency in Las Vegas. “Due to the quarantine, we decided to produce something more homemade, as it didn't make sense to do something outdoors; it doesn't fit the moment. It was a more intimate experience, and we were able to show fans a little bit of our 'messiness' and intimacy on the day of the recording,” explains vocalist Marcus D'Angelo in a statement released to the press.

In the first part of the making-of, the band shows the recording of the music video, which was done while Marcus was getting a tattoo at the High Voltage studio in LA, owned by the famous Kate Von D , with Carlos Aguilar (Blackshadows Tattoo). Carlos is a renowned Chilean tattoo artist who lived in Brazil and is a long-time colleague of Marcus.

Regarding the song, the vocalist explained: “The song is a celebration and homage to guitar riffs (…) We consider it a culture, a cult. It's the hook of all metal, everything is born from the guitar riff. And riff by riff, we are fueling our passion for metal, fueling our desire to continue the legacy.”
