The project introduces a new member to the band

Claustrofobia released this Friday, the 22nd, the first single from their new EP titled Swamp Loco . “Zica do Pântano” marks the debut of bassist Rafael Yamada , who joined the group to replace Daniel Bonfogo .

Swamp Loco features six tracks and had an exclusive pre-release for fans who contributed to the crowdfunding campaign launched by the band last year for the production of the material and other special Claustrofobia items.

“Zica do Pântano” was produced and recorded by the band alongside Addasi Addasi at Fuel Music Studios in Fullerton, California, earlier this year. Mixing was handled by Russ Russell at É NÓIS Studios in England. Co-production and artistic direction were by Cristiano Schneider, and mastering was done by Brendan Duffey at Brendan Duffey Audio in Davis, also in the United States.

The cover art is by Brazilian artist Fernanda Victorello and features references to previous albums. Swamp Loco will be released in its entirety soon. In the meantime, listen to “Zica do Pântano” below.
