Formed in 1996 in Eugene, Oregon, the punk rock band Cigar features Rami Krayem on guitar and vocals, Jason Torbert on bass, and Jon Sortland on drums and vocals. With over 24 years of experience, the band will be performing in Brazil for the first time in May.
Discovered by the legendary Fletcher Dragge of the band Pennywise and signed to Theologian Records in 1997, her first album, Speed is Relative , was released in 1999 and also produced by Fletcher.
After 20 years without releasing new material, since the album Speed is Relative (1999), they returned in 2019 with the new singles “Classic You” and “These Chances”.
The trio arrives in Brazil for the first time on May 17th with a UNIQUE performance in São Paulo, with 69 Enfermos (BRA) and Oculto Silencio (CHL) warming up the crowd for the big show. Without a doubt, May will be a month full of punk rock!
