It's Christmas Eve in my room, I'm sleeping, but I soon wake up because I hear a noise coming from my living room. I run there as fast as I can… When I get to the living room, I'm faced with a corpulent figure dressed in red and white clothes, black boots, a long, gray beard—no doubt about it, it's Saint Nicholas.
"Santa Claus, is that you?" I asked.
"Me? No, young man, you're mistaken, perhaps you're still dreaming…
" "You're funny, so you're a thief?
" "A thief?" he retorted, and quickly said,
"I'm Santa Claus! Oops, you figured out who I am, that happens more and more often, ho, ho, ho!"
Both the old man and I burst out laughing.
"I knew it! I see the sack full of presents you're carrying on your back.

The kind gentleman in front of me takes a black box out of the sack and hands it to me.
