Chris Stapleton transforms “Nothing Else Matters” into heavy country rock; listen here.

Chris Stapleton released his cover of the Metallica as part of The Metallica Blacklist , a compilation of different artists' versions of the Black Album in celebration of the album's 30th anniversary.

Stapleton transforms the ballad into a heavy country rock song full of emotion, strong and legendary riffs, and impeccable vocals. The song is eight minutes long and you can listen to it below.

Several artists have already released their versions of songs from the Black Album , and to let you check them all out, we've listed them here . The Blacklist will be released on September 10th, along with the remastered version of the Black Album.
