The country rock track will be part of the guitarist's new solo album
Chris Shiflett , guitarist for the Foo Fighters , released the solo single "This Old World" and announced a European tour for this year.
The track will be part of the guitarist's new studio album, which does not yet have a release date. With a country rock sound, Shiflett was inspired by Brexit and the presidency of Donald Trump.
“It’s always difficult to write about current political issues, but how is it possible not to be affected by what’s happening?” he says. “Here we have Trump and in the UK you have Brexit and Farage.”
