An official statement confirmed Chris Adler's departure
Lamb Of God has confirmed the departure of drummer and co-founder Chris Adler through an official statement.
"I experienced some problems related to fractures that required me to commit to treatment and physical rehabilitation," she explained in a post last year.
As a result, drummer Art Cruz , from Prong and Winds of Plague , replaced Adler. Now, Cruz appears to have become an official member of the band.
“We are very excited to dive into the next album,” the statement reads. “We would like to officially welcome Art Cruz, who played with us on tour last year, as our new drummer. Art will be joining us in the studio as we begin pre-production and recording of the new album.”.
We are very proud of everything the band has achieved over the last two decades. We would like to thank Chris Adler for his contributions throughout this time and wish him all the best for his future.”
