Confirmation of the unprecedented partnership with Chester came from Mark Morton's Twitter
Chester Bennington 's unreleased project with Lamb of God guitarist Mark Morton is set to be released. The information came from Morton's Twitter account, in response to a fan who asked about the collaboration: "Chester and I made some really cool music together that we were both VERY excited about. And you'll hear it!"
News of the collaboration first surfaced in April 2017, when Morton shared a photo with Bennington captioned “Sounds AMAZING too.” According to The PRP , Bennington tweeted the lyrics to a song the two were working on via Instagram, but the post was later deleted.
The duo also teamed up in the studio with producer Josh Wilbur ( Lamb of God , Gojira ).
