Charles Soulz Project released their new EP, Trilogy of Mankind, on November 24th.

The third release from the progressive rock/metal project features four tracks that narrate the history of humanity, from its beginnings to a dystopian future. The work addresses issues related to technological advancements and their consequences. The EP also includes lyrics about mental health and social disparities.

Project leader Charles Soulz explains: “ Trilogy of Mankind is more than just a music EP. It’s a sonic saga that weaves the history of humanity through the ages, an echo of our triumphs and tribulations. It’s a way of reflecting on what makes us human amidst the inexorable advance of technology and the intricate fabric of human existence.”

The work brings together a series of guest musicians, including: Gui Siervi (vocals) on “Past to Present”, Tiago Masseti (vocals) on “Present to Future” and “Future to Past”, Gabriel Veloso (guitar), Paulo Ribbeiro (bass) and Guilherme Pinheiro (drums). Charles Soulz was responsible for keyboards, orchestrations and production, in addition to Alessandra Lodoli , who was in charge of guttural and backing vocals.
