After a highly successful run in Rio de Janeiro — where it was seen by over 60,000 people and moved illustrious visitors such as Gilberto Gil, Ney Matogrosso, Marieta Severo, Roberto Frejat, Bebel Gilberto, Rogério Flausino, Wilson Sideral, and Sandra de Sá — the exhibition finally arrives in São Paulo, fulfilling numerous public requests.

Cazuza Exagerado – The Exhibition

The exhibition celebrates the 40th anniversary of the album Exagerado , released in 1985, and proposes a sensory, historical, and emotional immersion into the artist's career. The exhibition arrives in São Paulo with expanded dimensions, in a larger space than the one occupied in Rio de Janeiro, and with the presence of the Cantos e Contos stage, which will be dedicated to music, live poetry, and special conversations.

A large part of the more than 700 items on display came from the personal collection preserved for decades by Lucinha Araújo , the artist's mother and president of the Viva Cazuza Society , including clothing, documents, manuscripts of lyrics and poems, drawings, audio and video recordings, and personal objects belonging to her son. The exhibition also recreates important environments from Cazuza's career, such as the Guanabara Pizzeria, the stage and dressing room of his last show at Canecão, the Chacrinha stage, and the Alaska Gallery.

In São Paulo, the exhibition features records of Cazuza's relationship with the city, such as the first show of the Ideologia tour, held at Aeroanta in 1988 ; the performance of Barão Vermelho at Radar Tantã , when the band members were arrested and became a newspaper cover story that Cazuza asked his mother to frame; as well as memories from the period when the artist spent part of his treatment in the metropolis.

The exhibition is curated by Ramon Nunes Mello , author of the books *Meu Lance é Poesia* and *Protegi Teu Nome por Amor*. The show features eleven immersive rooms with cutting-edge technology, holograms, artificial intelligence, and interactive experiences, in addition to rare documents preserved by the family. The exhibition proposes a sensory and emotional immersion through thematic environments that revisit all phases of Cazuza's life—from childhood to the height of fame, including his years with Barão Vermelho, his solo career, and his role as a chronicler of the 80s generation.
