Brian Epstein , the Beatles between 1962 and 1967 (the year of his death), will be the subject of a biographical film, and the cast has already been announced. The film is titled Midas Man and does not yet have a release date.
Jonah Lees ( Letter to the King ) will play John Lennon ; Blake Richardson ( Eleven Days ) will play Paul McCartney ; Harvey Elledge ( Creation Stories ) will play George Harrison ; and newcomer Campbell Wallace will play Ringo Starr . This information comes from Variety .
The quartet joins a main cast that includes Jacob Fortune-Lloyd ( The Queen's Gambit ) as Epstein; Adam Lawrence ( Peaky Blinders ) as Pete Best , the Beatles' drummer before Ringo; and Jay Leno as the legendary talk show host Ed Sullivan.
Emily Watson ( Chernobyl ), Eddie Marsan ( Hobbs & Shaw ), Rosie Day ( Outlander ), and Lukas Gage ( Euphoria ) complete the list of actors to be directed by Sara Sugarman ( Vinyl ), who replaced Jonas Akerlund ( Polar ) after he dropped out early in filming.
