Iron Maiden: Carnival parade group inspired by the band confirms 2020 edition

The group transforms the band's classic songs into Carnival marches

CarnaMaiden , a Carnival parade inspired by Iron Maiden , has confirmed its 2020 edition for February 22nd. The parade features "the greatest classics of the Iron Maiden, in a marchinha rhythm, but with the distortions, solos and passages of the original versions" and will take place in Paraibuna, in the interior of São Paulo.

The event, which began in 2014, takes place on the city streets starting at 2 PM, with the gathering point at Largo do Mercado. More information can be found on the group's official Facebook page .

The band that headlines the event consists of Emerson Silva, Fábio Amar, Diego Mota, Marcelo Gomes, Jefferson Batista, Sílvio Brasiliano, Adriano Villalba, Guto Braga, and Fabiano Castro. See below a video that shows a little of what the bloco (carnival group) is like.
