Burzum , Absurd , Aryan Blood , and Legion of Doom are some of the bands that appeared on Facebook's list of "dangerous organizations." The list was recently leaked along with several other documents from the social network. The information comes from The Intercept.

According to the website, in order to avoid accusations of collaborating with terrorist propaganda, Facebook has imposed restrictions on users talking about groups and people who promote violence. Its community guidelines include a prohibition on "organizations with a history of terrorist or violent criminal activity," which is part of a list known as DIO, or IOP in Portuguese, a list of Dangerous Individuals and Organizations.

The list, published by The Intercept on the 12th, includes several terrorist groups and criminal factions known worldwide. The groups mentioned are categorized as "hate." See the full list here.

Absurd is a German NSBM ( National Socialist Black Metal ) band founded in 1992. Its members strangled and killed a 15-year-old schoolmate in 1993. The group was released on probation in 1998 because they were minors when they committed the crime. Subsequently, one of its members, Hendrik Möbus , made a Nazi salute at a concert, which led to him losing his probation, fleeing to the United States, and being arrested again.
