Jason Bowld is the band's new official drummer
Bullet For My Valentine has announced that its lineup has undergone an official change.
Jason Bowld joined the band in 2015 to replace drummer Michael 'Moose' Thomas after his decision to temporarily leave the band to be with his family.
Now, the drummer change is official, as Thomas will not be returning to the group. In a statement, Bullet For My Valentine reveals they have been composing new music with Jason since the beginning of the year and thanks the former drummer for everything he did for the band.
Thomas quickly posted on his official Twitter account that he will not give up on music and that he will let his fans know what's happening when he can.
Bullet For My Valentine's new album will be released in 2018 by Spinefarm's Search And Destroy label.
See below for statements made by the band and the former drummer:
Hi guys, thanks for all your messages! As soon as I can say what's going on you guys will be the first to know. It's been a weird couple of years for me, but please hear this I AM NOT QUITTING DRUMS OR MUSIC! I have been hard at working on something and will announce very soon. #2018
