Bruno Sutter , comedian and musician, was the 79th guest on The Wikimetal Happy Hour to talk about his solo career, his work as "assistant to Detonator ," vocalist of Massacration , and his passion for karting and speed.
Sutter told Wikimetal co-founder Nando Machado about when a colleague of his set up the Super Metal Kart , a charity karting event that accepted food donations as entry fees. “Man, I had never sat in a kart before, this was at the very end of 2018. Man, I went to participate and when I sat in the kart I thought 'oh shit', I fell in love. I've always really liked speed. That's when I started karting.”
The musician revealed that after that moment he started regularly driving go-karts, falling in love with the art. He went on to say that last year he was invited to drive a modified Volkswagen Beetle at the Interlagos racetrack in São Paulo.
“I had never driven a Beetle in my life. I went there, drove it, and won the race,” he said excitedly. Sutter continues explaining how the race happened. See the video below and click here to watch the full episode.
