Bruno Sutter became known for his work as a comedian on the MTV show Hermes e Renato, and stood out for his character Detonator , leader of the comedy band Massacration , before starting his own career as a musician.
In an interview on The Wikimetal Happy Hour , the artist spoke about the challenge of turning successful work into income. “I had to learn how to turn my artistic notoriety into money,” he said. “I saw an interview with Dee Snider where he said, ‘The worst thing in life is being famous as f***’”.
“[They think I’m rich] and I’m not. You have to end up creating your own space, taking advantage of opportunities that life has given me to gain artistic recognition,” he continued. “But that doesn’t mean, quite the opposite, that you’re going to be rich.”

Recognized nationally, especially by headbangers, Sutter is responsible for all stages of production and sale of Detonador merchandise, for whom he is "merely an assistant," as he usually says. Recently, the God of Metal launched his own line of beers in partnership with the craft brewery The Beer Pub , which also markets lines with Dead Fish and Edu Falaschi .
