Bruce Springsteen releases his first album in 5 years; listen to the country pop song 'Western Stars'

To celebrate the release, the musician released a beautiful music video for the title track

Bruce Springsteen returned today with a new album, Western Stars , marking his first release in five years.

Western Stars features 13 tracks recorded at the musician's home studio in New Jersey, as well as other locations in California and New York. Ron Aniello produced the LP and also played some tracks alongside Jon Brion and E Street Band members David Sancious, Charlie Giordano , and Soozie Tyrell.

In four songs on the album we can hear a female voice; that's Patti Scialfa , Springsteen's wife.

The album features a musicality inspired by Southern California country pop and includes the previously released singles “Hello Sunshine”, “There Goes My Miracle”, and “Tucson Train”. The title track received a beautiful music video on its release day. In it, Springsteen can be seen in his most sensitive state. Listen to the album below and then watch the video.
