Bruce Springsteen has always avoided participating in commercials throughout his career, but he made an exception last Sunday, February 7th, when he appeared in a Jeep during the Super Bowl , the most expensive advertising slot on American television.
The Boss filmed the commercial over a five-day period in cities in Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska, and composed the instrumental soundtrack with Rob Aniello . The commercial features him giving a speech while scenes of the American locations appear on screen.
Springsteen's speech in the commercial is about unity and facing life's difficulties as a single nation. Watch it below.
