Bruce Dickinson , one of the most legendary vocalists in metal history, will star in a zombie horror film inspired by ABBA .

The synopsis for Bjorn And The Dead , according to Deadline , will be about an ABBA cover band trapped in a bar, along with other bands, during the beginning of a zombie apocalypse.

Furthermore, the website also stated that Bruce Dickinson is just the first of several rock stars who will join the cast.

Elza Kephart is the director , and Austin Dickinson wrote and will produce Bjorn And The Dead . In addition, the plot is based on a story by Andrew Prendergast , who is also a producer.

“We are thrilled to be putting on this bloody festival with Austin’s hilarious, terrifying, and cautionary tale about the inner workings of the music industry,” said Andrew Prendergast.

“I’m absolutely honored to be working with Raven Banner on this crazy adventure,” added Austin Dickinson. “Andrew, Elsa, and I can’t wait for you to see what’s coming. Put on your spandex, fix your wigs, and sharpen your axes. Bjorn is coming.”

Filming for Bjorn And The Dead is scheduled to begin in 2024.

The Mandrake Project

Bruce Dickinson is in the early stages of releasing his newest solo work, The Mandrake Project , which is the singer's seventh album and also his first in nineteen years.

Iron Maiden's lead singer will not only be touring Brazil solo , but he has also announced the release of a comic book. Bruce Dickinson's tour of the country will include stops in Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, as well as Rio de Janeiro, Ribeirão Preto, and São Paulo.
