The musician answered questions from fans
In an online chat on the website of the British newspaper The Guardian , Bruce Dickinson answered questions from his fans on various topics.
When asked about his plans for a solo album, he said that although he already has some songs ready, he doesn't intend to release it anytime soon, and revealed that some songs ended up on Iron Maiden's The Book Of Souls.
Another fan asked if the vocalist has any connection to the song “Fear Of The Dark,” since it has never left the band's repertoire. “I really don't have any kind of relationship with 'Fear Of The Dark.' It's a lot of fun to sing, and it's a very comfortable way to signal that we're approaching the end of the show,” he replied.
Dickinson also mentioned that his favorite recording was never properly released because a lighting technician "ruined everything by turning off the lights, but the recording itself is absolutely brilliant ," he said, referring to a 1992 performance.
Fans asked few personal questions, and Bruce was concise in his answers. "Pub," he replied when a fan asked how he deals with his fears and anxieties.
