Bruce Dickinson released his new single "Rain on the Graves" this Thursday, the 25th, accompanied by a short film-style music video.

This is the second single to be released as part of Dickinson's upcoming solo album, The Mandrake Project , which is scheduled for release on March 1st. You can pre-order the physical CD at the Wikimetal . In December, the vocalist released the debut single, "Afterglow of Ragnarok" .

Regarding “Rain on the Graves”, the Iron Maiden comments [via Loudwire ]: “I’ve had the chorus in my head ever since I visited Grasmere for a wedding in 2012. It wasn’t difficult to create the rest of the song years later with so many rich images in my head.”

The Iron Maiden vocalist will visit Brazil on a solo tour during the months of April and May to promote his new album, The Mandrake Project .

In total, the artist will visit 7 cities: Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Ribeirão Preto, and São Paulo.
