Bruce Dickinson , who began his North American tour on Friday, November 22nd, played Iron Maiden .
Before starting to sing, he said, "Nobody has played this song, except on the record, of course." The vocalist claims it was a track he wrote himself, challenging the audience to guess the song's name, which wouldn't take "very long.".

New album by Bruce Dickinson
The vocalist, who released a reimagined version of the album Balls to Picasso (1994), called More Balls to Picasso , on July 25th, will begin recording a new album in 2026.
In a conversation with Charlie Kendall of Charlie Kendall's Metalshop , Bruce said he will enter the studio in January 2026 to record his eighth solo album. Production will be handled by Brendan Duffey , who remixed " More Balls to Picasso" .
“We’re going into the studio in January of next year to record the album with Brendan Duffey. Who also remixed Balls To Picasso and did an incredible job,” he commented [transcription via Blabbermouth ].
According to Bruce Dickinson , the new album is not expected to be released until 2027. Regarding the lineup that will accompany him on the recording, the British musician confirmed that it will be the members of his backing band, the House Band of Hell .
According to the vocalist, his new album received praise from Steve Harris . He said the bassist was impressed with what he heard and told him it was the "best thing the artist had ever done."
