Bruce Dickinson released the lyric video for the lead single, “Gods Of War,” this Thursday, the 3rd. The song anticipates the release of the reworked version of his classic 1994 album, now titled More Balls To Picasso .

With a timely message and contemporary production, “Gods Of War” features the participation of Brazilian composer Antonio Teoli , who adds indigenous Amazonian instruments to the track's introduction. The result is a powerful appetizer for the reimagined album, which breathes new life into this bold and energetic collection of intensely crafted and visionary songs for its time.

Following the release, Bruce Dickinson will embark on his first major solo tour of North America in nearly 30 years, with shows celebrating The Mandrake Project and spanning his entire solo career.

In 1994, after leaving Iron Maiden for a while, Bruce Dickinson released his second solo album, Balls To Picasso. The name is a tribute to the pioneer of Cubism, whose representations of spherical objects were made in the form of squares, reflected in the graffiti-style cover, on a bathroom tile wall. The album belied its irreverent title by consolidating Dickinson's reputation as a serious solo artist.
