In this week's Wikimetal poll, vocalist Bruce Dickinson was voted the best replacement vocalist in Metal, with 53% of the votes. Ronnie James Dio and Brian Johnson came in second and third place, with 24% and 13% respectively.

Dickinson was the vocalist for the band Samson before joining Iron Maiden in 1981, replacing Paul Di'Anno. He made his studio debut with the band on their 1982 album, "The Number Of The Beast," quickly achieving international fame and becoming one of the greatest heavy metal vocalists of all time.

With the band, Bruce Dickinson released landmark albums such as "Powerslave" and "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son".
