Bruce Dickinson revealed in an interview that he is remixing his entire solo music catalog.
The first to receive this makeover will be Balls to Picasso , an album released after his official separation from Iron Maiden in 1994, which lasted only a few years. The vocalist ended up returning to his position in 1999. It's not only his career with the band that's prolific, however, as Dickinson has released around seven solo albums over the years.
"With all the new technology, we can bring more life to the albums, and Balls to Picasso is the one we've worked on the most. We've added more guitar, more keyboards, orchestras," commented Dickson (via Louder Sound ). "All of this gives more color to the songs. So we're going to rename it More Balls to Picasso , just to differentiate it."
"This will be the first to be released, in August. After that, it will be the turn of Skunkworks and Tattooed Millionaire , followed by Accident of Birth and also Chemical Wedding , which will have some tracks that didn't make it onto the original version of the album . "
