Bruce Dickinson has revealed he is planning his new , eighth solo album. The album will be the successor to The Mandrake Project , released in March 2024, ending a 19-year period without new material.

During an interview on Z2 Comics [via Blabbermouth ], where he announced the release of the comic book series: "The Mandrake Project: Year One" , Dickinson answered whether there would be a continuation of the story, which began in the album and later migrated to comics.

"Well, there are 12 episodes, so these are four of them. And then there are another four, and then the final four, and then we'll have a giant book at the end. But yes, the answer is yes."

“There will, of course, be a follow-up to the album [ Mandrake ] with my solo band, The House Band of Hell . Interestingly, I was in a studio today, exploring the location where we're going to record the new album. So, that's exciting.”

Bruce Dickinson also reminisced about the Mandrake Project album tour

“It was brilliant, actually — so much so that I’m doing it again. We did some warm-up shows here [in Southern California], the [ Whisky A Go Go ] and then the one in Orange County. But now we’re — well, we’re going to do about 20-something shows all over the US and Canada.”

The vocalist also commented on shows in 2025

Regarding the setlist, Air Raid Siren stated that they plan to play tracks that were not part of the European leg's repertoire last year and promised the inclusion of the epic "Shadow of The Gods."

Mandrake songs that didn’t make it into the first leg of the tour. One of them is ‘Shadow of the Gods,’ which I think is the most listened to on YouTube. It’s a really cool track.”

Once again, Bruce Dickinson's year is set to be busy. Besides planning his new album, the musician will also be touring with Iron Maiden , who are celebrating their golden jubilee this year with the Run For Your Lives World Tour .

In September, he returns to Brazil, this time solo, to perform at The Town on September 7th.
