'Dash to the Med' will take place in September.
Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson will participate, along with his son, in a charity race from Surrey to Cannes to raise funds for four organizations that help children with disabilities, victims of domestic violence, and families in need.
Sixteen cars will compete in the 1,338-kilometer 'Dash to the Med' race, and the race rules stipulate that all cars must cost less than £500 (just over R$2,000). GPS navigation assistants will also not be allowed.
Bruce Dickinson will run the course with his son Grif Dickinson. The race will begin on September 21st.
