Bruce Dickinson revealed who his favorite singer is during the question and answer segment of his recitation show.
On January 27th, the Iron Maiden was asked which female vocalist was his all-time favorite, and despite mentioning the notoriety of Janis Joplin , Dickinson's choice was one of the Wilson .
“The first person I think of is Ann Wilson from Heart ,” she said. “Even though she doesn’t have the notoriety or anything like that of someone like Janis Joplin, or a grandiose voice, she’s just complete. She has the most incredible voice… She’s a beautiful folk singer, a fantastic metal singer with a kind of sharp voice, impeccable technique. It’s incredible.”
Bruce Dickinson's recitation show is divided into two parts and is a great opportunity for interaction between the singer and his fans. The question and answer session has already elicited interesting comments from the vocalist, such as, for example, considers to be the most underrated Iron Maiden song
